FAQ’s - Neil Diamond concert 

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BREACH THESE GUIDELINES AS PERMISSION WILL BE REFUSED
On arrival: If you arrive intoxicated you will be refused access. Please don't pre-load and spoil your day.
Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person who behaves in this manner will be removed or handed to the Police. We will not allow the Concert to be spoilt by a minority.

ACROD
Dedicated ACROD Parking is available. There is a dedicated ACROD entrance at the main gate - PLEASE LOOK FOR THE SIGNS. ACROD seating is available and we issue free of charge tickets to Carers. For assistance and details on ACROD seating and ticketing, please contact Ticketek for more details on 132 849 or the Special Needs Helpline on 1300 665 915. On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance in accessing the concert site. Please note Sandalford is a winery and there are some uneven surfaces and inclines. Our staff are there to help. There are dedicated toilets on the concert site. If you would like to notify us in advance of the concert that you require assistance please email us at reception@sandalford.com or info@zaccariaconcerts.com.au at least 3 days before your show date so we can help make arrangements.

Aerosol Cans
Aerosol cans (such as those used for sun screen, insect repellent etc) are NOT permitted.

Alcohol
It should be noted that once you are ticketed onto Sandalford Estate you will have access to an expanded and extensive network of Food and Beverage outlets. We are in the business of delivering a pleasurable experience and do not intend to have this spoilt by long lines of guests waiting for service. Strictly no BYO alcohol and no glass can be brought into nor taken from the venue. This is a fully licensed event with full bar service available. Patrons must observe and adhere to the local licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol practices.

Anti Social Behaviour
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the venue. Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Cans
Cans of soft drink are NOT permitted. Aerosol cans are NOT permitted.

Cameras and Recording Devices
Recording of stage performances using audio, video or photographic equipment is not permitted. Point and shoot cameras are permitted but professional-standard cameras and video cameras are not. Unauthorized or prohibited photography may result in images being deleted by security staff. Media and professional photographers must arrange accreditation prior to the event. We can't judge beforehand if your camera will be deemed professional. It's up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. The best option is to leave SLR cameras at home and bring a 'point and shoot' camera instead. Generally, cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case are not allowed.

Dancing
We encourage you to dance immediately in front of your seat and have a great time but please respect your fellow patrons sitting behind you or near you. There is strictly no dancing or viewing the concert in the aisles. Typically at many concerts held at Sandalford Estate the shows are extremely energetic, and the entertainers often encourage patrons to get on their feet and have a good time. It's not to say that everyone will, however we like to make patrons aware that this may happen. That notwithstanding we say again that guests are urged to consider their fellow patrons, and definitely not dance on seats, or in aisles.

Eskies
Eskies are NOT permitted at the Neil Diamond concert. You may bring a small soft 'cooler bag'. Be aware that the contents of your 'Cooler Bag' will be subject to inspection and it must be able to fit under your seat. If you are in doubt, please contact us at reception@sandalford.com or info@zaccariaconcerts.com.au

Flasks
Regular flasks with coffee/tea may be permitted.

Furniture / Seating
The Neil Diamond concert is a combined reserved seated and general admission event. All VIP package and reserved seat tickets holders will have a pre-allocated seat ready for them and do not need to bring anything.
Umbrellas and other outdoor furniture are not permitted at this show (except for your own picnic rugs / cushions / low back chairs for General Admission ticketholders)

Glass
No wine glasses or bottles. Small glass jars containing food items such as cheese or olives are permitted.

Metal Cutlery
All types of metal cutlery is strictly forbidden to be brought into the concert venue. You can of course can bring plastic cutlery (same as used on the airlines).

Parking Details
Parking is available on site at Sandalford however we strongly encourage all patrons to use the extension coach services provided for this event by BUSWEST from twelve different pick up and drop off locations across Perth (Return coach tickets can be purchased from Ticketek at http://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?sh=NDSHUTTL18 ).
Please allow additional time if you are driving and parking at the venue.
No parking on surrounding street verges or local residents property (NB Rangers from local councils will be issuing infringements to vehicles parking illegally around the perimeter of Sandalford Estate). For Commercial vehicles it is a requirement of the driver/operator to ensure that there are no alcoholic beverages in the vehicle when entering Sandalford Estate. A breach of this rule may result in denied access. The carpark and areas outside the concert green at Sandalford Estate will have an enforced liquor ban in place on the day of the concert. This simply means that it is a legal offence for Alcohol to be consumed or carried on Sandalford Estate during these times.

Pass outs
Passouts will not be available at the event, so ensure that you take everything that you require into the concert upon arrival.

Security
Prior to the ticket gate entry we are required to execute a full search of your accompanying bags, to ensure you are not in possession of Alcohol or other illegal items. Should these items be in your possession you may be refused access.

Smoking
THIS IS A SMOKE FREE EVENT. Limited designated smoking areas will be available however smoking is not permitted in any other area other than the designated areas.

CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
In purchasing a ticket for the Neil Diamond shuttle bus service customers provide consent for their contact details to be provided to Buswest in order to distribute the product.

Your bus ticket is valid for a return trip from a pre-determined pick up location, for Neil Diamond on Sat 14 April 2018.

Buses depart at 4:00pm and will arrive at Sandalford Winery in the Swan Valley.
All buses will depart the venue 30 minutes after the show finishes.

VIP ticket holders
Please present your VIP ticket or parking voucher (if you were issued with one) on entry to gain access into the dedicated entrance off Reid Highway. Important: IF YOU ARE DRIVING, PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO GET TO THE VENUE AND PARK YOUR CAR - EXPECT DELAYS OF BETWEEN 40-50 MINUTES IN GETTING INTO AND THEN OUT OF THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW.

Water
Free drinking water outlets are provided. You may bring plastic water bottles but only if they are sealed.

Weather
Please note we play rain or shine. You may bring wet weather protection such as ponchos and raincoats however umbrellas are not permitted. If it rains, the show will go on. The show will only be abandoned if conditions are deemed dangerous. Refunds will only be available at the point of purchase, if a show is abandoned or cancelled. The decision to cancel a show will be made on show day. In the event of inclement weather patrons should check Sandalford’s Facebook page BEFORE departing for the show for messages regarding traffic, parking or wet weather arrangements.

Other

  • Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold and lost tickets cannot be replaced. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. Once you receive your ticket, it is solely your responsibility. While obviously we sympathise if you lose your ticket, we are unable to reissue. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash - they are irreplaceable.
  • Please note all concert tickets are generally despatched 6-8 weeks prior to the event.
  • Occasionally changes to the line up or program times occur that are out of the Promoters control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the lineup and/or the date of the event without prior notification. In the event of change of the date or lineup, refunds will not be available.
  • The Promoter and the Venue accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the Venue whether caused by the negligence of the Promoter or Venue or otherwise.
  • You enter the event at your own risk.

VIP PACKAGE DISCLAIMER INFORMATION:
Please note that all VIP purchasers will be contacted by Sandalford via e-mail 5-7 days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their VIP package program and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions. All merchandise if applicable will be collected on site on the day of the show. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an e-mail a few days prior to the event please contact reception@sandalford.com. All packages are non-transferable. All pre show VIP programs & times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages for change of mind. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
